Before you begin

Prices and order values are shown in USD. The payment currency is the supported stablecoin used by the account, such as USDC or USDT. The funding network is the blockchain used to deposit that stablecoin. Check the live app for the available currency, minimum amount, and leverage.
Fund once with a supported stablecoin
Move a supported stablecoin to a network accepted by the current Quote.Trade funding flow and deposit it. The platform is not a general-purpose bridge; this funding step may still require a transfer or bridge outside Quote.Trade.
Search the live market list
Use the app or exchange information endpoint to find markets that are currently active. A market mentioned in older material may not be available now.
Check the price at the amount you want to trade
Long-tail markets can have less available size and wider prices. Enter the exact amount you want to trade and review the live Buy or Sell price before submitting.
Review liquidity and position risk
Check the price, available size, payment currency, leverage, funding, margin, and liquidation risk. Long-tail assets can move sharply and may have limited liquidity elsewhere.
Close the position and return to stablecoin balance
Close the position through Quote.Trade. Profit or loss is applied to the supported stablecoin account; the underlying long-tail token is not delivered or withdrawn.
Common problems and fixes
The desired token is missing
It may not be active. Check the current market list and use only the exact symbol shown by Quote.Trade.
The quote is wide at the desired size
Reduce size, wait, or decline the trade; broad asset coverage does not guarantee equal liquidity.
Can I withdraw the long-tail token?
No. Quote.Trade provides stablecoin-settled market exposure. The underlying token is not purchased or delivered, so the position closes back into the supported stablecoin balance.
